Wholesale Refund Policy
You may return the whole order for full refund, we do not accept partial returns. You may exchange items for amount equal to items returned. Customer responsible for return shipping. Refunds Once we receive your item, if a refund is initiated, we will process your refund immediately. Shipping fees will not be refunded. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank and usually takes two to three business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request depending on bank institution. |
